Terms and Conditions

All bookings are accepted on the understanding that you agree to our booking process and terms & conditions.

Our items are for hire and must be returned with no damage. In the case of damage of our item(s) / item(s) missing an invoice will be issued for repair or replacement if required.

Please do not move or lift our items. Ashwood Events is not liable for any damage to property or injury to person(s) caused by misuse of our items. ashwood events must be notified immediately if damage or malfunction occurs.

A non-refundable booking fee of €100 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your wedding date. Failure to pay remaining balance prior to chosen date will result in a cancellation. Due to a high volume of enquiries we cannot reserve a date until booking fee is received.

Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule their event date, subject to our availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original event date. If no suitable alternative date is available, the booking will be considered a cancellation under the terms outlined above.

Cancellation by the Client: All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. The booking fee is non-refundable. If the Client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled event, any payments beyond the booking fee will be refunded. Cancellations made LESS 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Use of Hired Equipment and Services: The Client is responsible for ensuring the hired equipment is used in a proper, safe, and lawful manner. Hired equipment must not be sub-let, altered, or used outside the agreed scope without prior written approval. All hired equipment must be returned on time when chosen date concludes and in its original condition.

Force Majeure: Ashwood Events is not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters (e.g., floods, storms), government restrictions or emergencies, transportation or supply chain disruptions.

If weather does not allow safe installation of outdoor decor for safety reasons we may be required to set up equipment inside building. This may occur with extreme wind and rain conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection: Ashwood Events complies with GDPR regulations of Ireland and protects all personal data collected during bookings or service provision.

These Terms of Service are not limited to the provisions outlined herein and are governed by, and must be interpreted in accordance with, Irish law.
